Role Description: The Outbound Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Jaipur.
The Outbound Executive will handle incoming inquiries and proactively reach out to potential and existing customers to promote travel packages and services.
Daily responsibilities include understanding customer requirements, preparing customized itineraries, sharing quotations, and following up to close bookings.
The role also involves coordinating with internal teams for ticketing, hotel reservations, and transport arrangements, while ensuring accurate documentation and timely communication.
The Outbound Executive will maintain customer records, monitor feedback, and support efforts to improve overall customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations is beneficial; prior experience with tour operations is a plus.
- Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service, Customer Support, and a focus on Customer Satisfaction.
- Effective Communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain travel options clearly and professionally.
- Analytical Skills to understand customer needs, compare travel options, and prepare accurate, cost-effective itineraries.
- Experience in sales or outbound calling in travel, hospitality, or related sectors is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Jaipur and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer proficiency, including email, office applications, and online booking tools.
- Minimum educational qualification: higher secondary; a graduate degree in any discipline is preferred.
Location - ON SITE - Jaipur, Rajasthan
