Job Description & Responsibilities
Location : Kolkata, WB
- The candidate will be responsible for creating and selling international tour packages.
- Should be an experienced travel planner in designing tailor made itineraries for international destinations.
- Supervising complete travel arrangement, travel booking and managing end-to-end logistics.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction by offering pre & post travel services.
- Communicating latest travel updates and international travel guidelines to the customers.
- Attending customer queries & offer effective solutions.
- Preparing tour proposals, presentations & budget.
- Collaborating with key global partners and suppliers for better deals.
- Working closely with various departments in the organization.
Description of Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 5‐8 years of experience in Travel industry.
- Should be Graduate, preferably holding a Diploma/Degree in Tourism
- Strong negotiation and relationship building skills.
- Must have experience in handling Corporate and Leisure groups.
- Proficient in itinerary making.
- Good travel history knowledge both within and outside India
- Good knowledge of international destinations and hotels
- Good communication skill in verbal and spoken English is mandatory.
- Good in presentation skills on Power point.
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Knowledge of FIT & GIT Tours in mandatory.
- Immediate joiner will get added preference.
