About Logikality:
Logikality builds AI agents for US mortgage operations. We are an early-stage B2B technology company where your work will be visible, your feedback will matter, and strong performers can grow quickly.
Role Overview:
You will make outbound calls to US-based companies to book meetings with decision-makers. This is a high-volume voice role aligned to US Eastern and Central business hours. We will train you on the industry, product, and pitch. You must bring discipline, call consistency, and the ability to handle rejection professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
Make around 120-150 outbound calls per day to US prospects
Send follow-up emails and LinkedIn messages
Research target companies and contacts before calling
Log all activities, outcomes, and follow-ups in the CRM
Book discovery calls for the sales team
Improve the pitch based on call feedback
Performance Metrics:
Daily call volume
Connect rate
Talk time
Meetings booked
Candidate Profile:
2–7 years of outbound calling experience, preferably for the US market
Background in contact center, BPO, telecalling, or inside sales
Strong spoken English suitable for US executive conversations
Clear written English for short follow-up emails
Willingness to work US-aligned hours, typically 5:00 PM to 3:00 AM IST
