Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai for a US Cold Caller / Outbound Sales Executive – Enterprise SaaS.
The candidate will be responsible for driving outbound sales efforts in the US market, targeting enterprise IT services and consulting firms. The role involves executing high-volume cold calling, engaging with key decision-makers, and converting initial conversations into qualified business opportunities.
Key responsibilities include managing the outbound pipeline from prospecting to meeting scheduling, maintaining consistent follow-ups, collaborating with internal teams for deal progression, and contributing towards KEBS.ai’s revenue growth targets.
This role requires a proactive, target-driven individual who can operate in a high-performance sales environment and adapt communication strategies for US-based prospects.
Qualifications
- 3–10 years of experience in US B2B sales, outbound sales, or cold calling
- Proven track record of working in target-driven sales environments
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills, with confidence in handling US clients
- Experience in lead generation, prospecting, and pipeline management
- Ability to handle high-volume outbound calling and rejection
- Strong follow-up discipline with an ownership mindset across the sales cycle
- Familiarity with tools such as Apollo, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Smartlead is an advantage
- Experience in US or international sales is a strong plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
