Job Type: Full-time-Work from Office only (6:30pm-3:30 am and 5:00 am- 2:00 pm)
Experience Required: Minimum 1 year in outbound sales or tele calling
- Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads
- Pitch products/services clearly and convincingly
- Follow up with prospects via calls or emails
- Maintain daily call logs and report to the team lead
- Meet weekly/monthly sales targets
- RequirementsProven experience in outbound sales or telesales (1+ year preferred)
- Fluent in [English/Hindi/Regional language]
- Confident communication and persuasion skills
- Basic computer and CRM usage knowledge
- Self-motivated with a result-oriented mindset
