Job Title: Outbound Sales Executive (B2C)
Location: Ranchi (Work from Office)
Experience: 1–3 Years – freshers with excellent English communication are highly preferred
Employment Type: Full-time
Shift Timings: 1:30 PM – 10:30 PM
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month + incentives
Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Outbound Sales Executive to join our team in Ranchi. The ideal candidate should have 1–3 years of experience in outbound B2C sales, lead generation, and cold calling. Candidates with prior experience in the Finance, Banking, Insurance, or NBFC sector will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound calling.
- Engage with prospective customers and qualify leads.
- Explain products and services effectively to potential customers.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation and sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM or sales tracking system.
- Follow up with prospective customers to maximize conversions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer onboarding process.
Required Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in Outbound Sales, Inside Sales, Tele Sales, or Business Development.
- Strong experience in B2C lead generation and cold calling.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
- Target-driven with a proactive and positive attitude.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Must possess a valid two-wheeler for commuting. If not, candidates should be able to arrange their own transportation.
