About The Role
We are hiring a highly driven Senior SDR to build and scale outbound pipeline generation efforts for an AI-powered SaaS platform. This role is ideal for experienced B2B SaaS sales professionals who understand outbound prospecting, personalized outreach, and pipeline creation in high-growth startup environments.
You will play a key role in generating qualified opportunities, refining outreach strategies, and contributing directly to revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Own outbound prospecting across email, LinkedIn, and phone channels
- Build highly targeted outreach campaigns with personalized messaging
- Qualify and nurture leads aligned with the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
- Generate qualified pipeline and schedule meetings for Account Executives
- Maintain strong CRM hygiene and activity tracking in HubSpot or Salesforce
- Optimize messaging, outreach sequences, and prospecting strategies based on performance insights
- Collaborate closely with leadership, sales, and marketing teams on pipeline growth initiatives
- Consistently achieve and exceed pipeline generation and meeting booking KPIs
- Share market feedback to improve targeting, positioning, and outbound effectiveness
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in SDR, BDR, or outbound B2B SaaS sales roles
- Proven track record in outbound prospecting and pipeline generation
- Strong experience with tools such as Apollo, Outreach, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms like HubSpot or Salesforce
- Excellent communication and prospecting skills with the ability to personalize outreach effectively
- Strong understanding of SaaS sales cycles, funnels, and outbound metrics
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment
Preferred Background
- Experience selling SaaS, sales-tech, AI tools, CRM, or automation platforms
- Exposure to US, Europe, or global sales markets
- Familiarity with PLG or hybrid sales models
- Experience working in startup or high-growth environments
