About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Outbound Sales Representative to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new leads, nurturing client relationships, and driving outbound sales calls to customers in Australia. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong communication skills who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and generate new business leads through research and outreach, ensuring consistent and timely follow-ups to convert prospects into clients.
• Uphold high call quality standards while consistently meeting daily and weekly performance targets.
• Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing clients based in Australia, building strong rapport and long-term relationships.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the sales team to optimize outreach strategies and improve conversion rates.

Compensation
Annual CTC: ₹2,16,000 – ₹3,36,000 per year
