About the Role
We are looking for an SDR to join our business development function, focused on generating qualified meetings with senior decision-makers at financial institutions globally. Working directly with the Head of Business, your primary responsibility is outbound - researching target accounts, identifying the right contacts, and opening conversations that convert to meetings.
What You Will Be Doing
- Researching target institutions - commercial and investment banks, traditional and alternative asset managers, and market infrastructure firms - to understand their business model, structure, and where our services are relevant
- Identifying and engaging decision-makers across Front Office, Middle Office, Risk and Analytics, and Technology - typically at Director level and above
- Executing structured outreach across email, LinkedIn, and phone, with messaging tailored to the account and the individual contact
- Qualifying interest rigorously - success is measured by meeting quality, not outreach volume
- Maintaining accurate CRM records and providing regular reporting on activity, pipeline status, and conversion performance
- Iterating on outreach based on what the data shows - response rates, meeting conversion, and segment-level patterns
What We Are Looking For
- 2- 6 years in an outbound SDR, business development, or lead generation role
- Strong written and verbal English - clear, professional, and precise
- Demonstrated ability to reach senior stakeholders through cold outreach and book qualified meetings
- Comfortable owning KPIs and being accountable to performance targets
- Familiarity with CRM and outreach tools - LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or equivalent
- Prior exposure to financial services, fintech, or analytics environments is an advantage, not a requirement
- Willingness to work hours aligned to UK or US business hours depending on the target geography

- Reliable CRM hygiene and consistent pipeline reporting
- Outreach that improves measurably over time - based on conversion data, not guesswork
- Enough working knowledge of financial services to hold a credible opening conversation with a senior buyer
