GraftFlow helps UK tradespeople including roofers, builders, bathroom fitters, plumbers, and electricians build their own direct job pipeline through Google Ads, removing their dependence on platforms like Checkatrade and per-lead fees. Both brands are part of Clinic Flow Marketing Ltd, a UK-registered company focused on measurable, results-driven growth for its clients.
Role Description
This is a full-time remote role based in India, working UK business hours (10:00 AM – 7:30 PM UK time, Monday to Friday with occasional Saturdays) for an Outbound Sales Executive. The primary responsibility is making outbound cold calls to UK dental clinic owners, practice managers, and trade business owners, alongside sending personalised cold emails daily, qualifying prospects, and booking discovery calls into the founder's calendar. The role also involves building and managing targeted lead lists, keeping CRM records fully up to date, and sending daily activity reports. The candidate will represent both Clinic Flow Dental and GraftFlow in all outbound communications and will play a central role in the company's growth.
Qualifications
- 0 to 1 year of experience in outbound calling, telesales, or any customer-facing role is welcome and freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply
- Excellent spoken English with a clear, confident, and professional phone manner is a must
- Strong written English for sending cold emails and follow-up messages
- Comfortable making high volume outbound calls daily and staying motivated through rejection
- Experience with any CRM tool such as HubSpot, Zoho, or similar is a plus but not mandatory
- Familiarity with cold email tools like Instantly or Lemlist is a bonus
- Self-motivated and target-driven with the ability to work independently without close supervision
- Comfortable working late IST shifts to align with UK business hours
- Prior experience calling international markets especially UK, US, or Australia is an advantage
- A quiet workspace and a reliable internet connection are required for daily calls
