Job details:
About LeafCraftLeafMesh is the platform that lets Enterprises and B2B SaaS companies become intelligent by bringing humans and AI agents together on one platform, as one team.
On LeafMesh, both humans and agents are first-class citizens. They're organized into pod-based structures where agents and humans are hired into roles, not deployed as disconnected point tools. They work alongside each other to make teams measurably more productive. Enterprises and B2B product companies can build and deploy their own agents directly on the platform, with every action, human and agent, captured in a single audit trail that includes the reasoning behind each decision, not just the outcome.
Access is role-based for both humans and agents, governed by guardrails and approval gates at every step, so nothing moves without the right sign-off. This governance layer is what lets Enterprises, B2B SaaS companies, and IT services firms deploy AI agents into real business roles, with full auditability and control, not just automation for automation's sake.
We work with Enterprises, B2B product-led SaaS companies, and GCCs across the globe who are moving from "AI-curious" to "AI-native" without giving up control.
This is a foundational roleThis is not a seat on an existing SDR team. It's one of the first outbound hires at LeafCraft. There is no polished script sitting in a shared drive, no proven call list, no established cadence to slot into. You will build the first version of all of it: the opener, the objection handling, the qualification muscle, and the daily discipline that everyone hired after you will inherit.
That makes this role a fit for a genuine self starter, someone who can pick up a raw target list and an early stage pitch, get on the phone, and figure out through repetition what actually works, without waiting to be handed a finished playbook. You'll get real context, coaching, and access to the GTM and Sales heads, but the day to day dialing, judgment calls, and iteration are yours to own. What you build in your first two quarters becomes the foundation LeafCraft's outbound engine scales on.
What you'll doBecause this function doesn't exist yet at LeafCraft, the job is really two things: run the calls, and build the system the calls run on.
• Make 20 to 25 focused outbound calls a day against curated target lists across our priority segments: Enterprises, product-led B2B SaaS, IT services, and GCCs.
• Open conversations with a clear, confident pitch tailored to the person you're talking to (CTO, CPO, Head of CS, or founder) and handle objections in real time, since there's no fixed script to fall back on yet.
• Qualify every prospect in two steps. First BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline) to check basic fit. Then MEDDICC (Metrics, Economic Buyer, Decision Criteria, Decision Process, Identify Pain, Champion, Competition) to build a real qualification picture before handing off.
• Work with marketing to follow up on inbound leads, webinar attendees, and event contacts with a fast, well-timed call.
• Log every call, outcome, and qualification detail in the CRM. Right now, you're the only source of outbound data we have.
• Write and keep improving the calling script, objection handling, and qualification questions based on what actually works on real calls.
• Track your own numbers, dials, connects, meetings booked, SQLs created, and bring the data to weekly reviews with the Sales Head.
• Stay current on LeafCraft's positioning, pricing, and competitors so every call sounds informed, not generic.
What we're looking forSince this role builds the function rather than joining one, we care about self direction and judgment as much as raw calling experience.
• 3 to 4 years of outbound cold calling, telesales, or SDR experience, ideally in B2B SaaS, IT services, or enterprise tech sales.
• A genuine self starter. Someone who can take a raw list and a rough pitch on day one and build structure around it, instead of waiting to be handed a finished process.
• Familiarity with structured qualification frameworks like BANT and MEDDIC or MEDDICC, or the ability to learn them fast and actually apply them on calls.
• A track record of hitting call volume, meetings booked, or SQL targets, with real numbers to show for it.
• Excellent spoken English and Hindi. Comfortable talking to senior stakeholders like CTOs, CPOs, and founders without sounding nervous or over-rehearsed.
• Strong objection handling. You don't freeze up when a prospect pushes back.
• Working knowledge of CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho, and comfort with dialers or sales engagement platforms.
• Real resilience. At 20 to 25 calls a day, most answers will be no or not now, and you stay sharp through it.
• A builder's mindset. You're motivated, not put off, by the fact that the playbook doesn't exist yet.
What success looks likeBecause you're building this function, success isn't just hitting a number. It's leaving behind something that lasts beyond your first quarter.
• Consistent 20 to 25 calls a day, with your connect and qualification rate improving as your pitch and targeting get sharper.
• A steady, predictable weekly flow of Meetings and SQLs that are properly qualified, not just logged to hit a number.
• Clean, complete BANT and MEDDICC data in the CRM that the Sales and GTM heads can actually rely on for planning.
Compensation- Fixed base aligned to experience, plus an uncapped incentive tied to meetings booked and SQLs created and accepted. Structure to be discussed based on your experience and current CTC.
