Job Description: International Tele caller (UK Process) Intern
We are seeking a high-energy, persuasive, and empathetic UK Debt Advisor to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for UK-based consumers, helping them navigate their financial challenges by introducing Debt Consolidation solutions.
This is not just a sales role; it is a financial consulting opportunity that requires a high level of professionalism, cultural adaptability, and the ability to handle sensitive financial conversations with integrity.
Role Overview
- Location: Pune - In-office
- Target Market: United Kingdom (UK)
- Shift Timings: Afternoon/Evening shifts (to align with UK business hours, typically 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM IST)
- Department: Debt Management / Financial Services
Key Responsibilities
- Outbound Consultation: Reach out to potential UK customers to discuss their current debt situation and explain the benefits of Debt Consolidation.
- Financial Assessment: Conduct preliminary fact-finding to understand the client's total debt, income, and expenditure.
- Product Knowledge: Clearly explain complex financial concepts like IVAs (Individual Voluntary Arrangements), Debt Management Plans (DMPs), and Personal Budgeting Service (PBS) in a way that is easy to understand.
- Compliance: Strictly adhere to call guidelines and GDPR data privacy regulations during every call.
- Lead Management: Accurately update the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system with detailed notes and Hotkey to the senior debt advisors.
Candidate Requirements
- Communication: Exceptional verbal English skills with a neutral or slightly Westernized accent. You must be able to build rapport with UK citizens effortlessly.
- Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in an international BPO (Outbound Sales or Collections preferred). Experience in the UK financial sector is a massive plus.
- Persuasion Skills: Ability to handle objections calmly and turn "No" into a conversation about financial freedom.
- Resilience: Financial services can be a high-pressure environment; we need someone who stays motivated and maintains a positive tone throughout the shift.
