Straffing AI has been mandated to hire for this position by a high-growth, venture-backed B2B SaaS platform building complex operational infrastructure for enterprise businesses.
The Mandate We are looking for a highly tactical, metrics-driven outbound operator. Your sole objective is to self-source and generate qualified enterprise pipeline from scratch.
Core Responsibilities
- Outbound Execution: Drive 100% outbound pipeline generation targeting mid-market and enterprise accounts across the US and North America via multi-channel cadences (Cold Calling, Email, LinkedIn).
- Enterprise Prospecting: Navigate multi-stakeholder accounts, bypass gatekeepers, and engage directly with C-level and VP-level decision-makers.
- Discovery & Qualification: Conduct rigorous initial discovery calls. Qualify opportunities using structured frameworks (BANT/MEDDIC) before handing them over to the Account Executive team.
- Tech Stack Utilization: Leverage intent data and sales automation platforms to run high-volume, highly targeted campaigns.
- CRM Hygiene: Maintain strict, real-time data accuracy and reporting standards.
Non-Negotiable Requirements
- Market Expertise: Mandatory prior experience successfully hunting and booking meetings in the US and North American market.
- Experience: 1 to 5 years of dedicated outbound BDR/SDR experience, strictly within the B2B SaaS or enterprise software sector.
- Track Record: Documented history of consistently hitting or exceeding pipeline generation quotas.
- Tooling: Hands-on expertise with modern outbound sales stacks (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, Outreach/Lemlist, HubSpot/Salesforce).
- Communication: Flawless written and verbal communication skills with the executive presence to negotiate with senior enterprise leaders.
Comp: 10 to 14 LPA + Uncapped Variable
