Role Description
We are seeking a motivated Outbound Package Executive to join our team in an on-site, full-time role at our Noida office. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and managing customized holiday packages, liaising with clients to understand their travel needs, and coordinating with international suppliers for bookings. You will also ensure smooth documentation for visa applications and maintain strong customer relationships by delivering outstanding service and addressing client queries and feedback promptly.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of creating and managing customized holiday packages and understanding of global travel destinations
- Proficiency in coordinating with international suppliers and handling travel bookings
- Experience in preparing and processing visa documentation for various countries
- Strong customer service and relationship management skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and meet deadlines
- Experience in the travel and tourism industry will be an added advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality, or related fields is preferred
