Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Outbound Manager based in New Delhi. The Outbound Manager will oversee outbound operations, manage sales initiatives, lead a team to achieve performance targets, analyze performance data, and implement effective operational strategies. The role involves liaising with clients, maximizing customer satisfaction, and optimizing processes across customer service and supply chain operations.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Operations Management and proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems
- Proven ability in Team Management and leadership roles
- Solid Sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Excellent Analytical Skills to evaluate operations and conduct performance analysis
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse teams and clients
- Knowledge of the travel and tourism industry is highly advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Travel & Tourism, or a related field
- Experience in outbound travel operations is a plus
- Proficiency in relevant software tools and systems
- Experience required - 5 to 8 years
- Salary - Upto 6-8.5 lcs per annum
