Job Title: Outbound Lead Generation Specialist

Summary-
Dimentics is looking for a proactive and result-driven Outbound Lead Generation Specialist to generate high-quality B2B leads through LinkedIn outreach, cold email campaigns, and freelance platforms like Upwork and Guru. The role requires strong communication skills, research ability, and a target-oriented mindset.
Key Responsibilities—
1. LinkedIn Outreach
- Identify and target relevant prospects (HR, L&D, EdTech leaders)
- Send personalized connection requests and follow-ups
- Initiate conversations and qualify leads
2. Cold Email Campaigns
- Build prospect databases using tools like Apollo, LinkedIn, etc.
- Execute and manage cold email campaigns
- Track responses and handle follow-ups effectively
3. Platform-Based Lead Generation
- Apply to relevant projects on Upwork, Guru, Fiverr
- Draft customized and compelling proposals
- Engage with inbound responses and qualify opportunities
4. Lead Management (CRM)
- Maintain and update lead data in CRM (HubSpot)
- Track lead status (contacted, replied, interested)
- Schedule meetings for the sales team
Key Responsibilities -
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (English)
- Hands-on experience in LinkedIn outreach or cold emailing
- Familiarity with lead generation tools (Apollo, Instantly, HubSpot)
- Good research and prospecting skills
- Self-motivated and target-driven
Preferred Skill
- Experience working on Upwork or similar freelance platforms
- Exposure to B2B services or EdTech industry
