🧾 Job Summary We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic graduates based in Pune to join our team as Outbound Calling & Sales Interns. This role offers hands-on experience in communication, lead generation, and client interaction, making it ideal for candidates aiming to build a career in sales, business development, or customer engagement. You will work closely with our sales team to connect with potential clients, generate leads, and contribute to business growth.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
● Make outbound calls to prospective clients and introduce company products/services
● Generate and qualify leads through conversations and follow-ups
● Assist the sales team in scheduling meetings, demos, and client interactions
● Maintain accurate records of calls and lead status in CRM systems
● Follow up with potential clients and nurture relationships
● Support in achieving weekly/monthly targets
● Prepare daily/weekly reports on calling and lead activities
● Collaborate with the team to execute sales campaigns
🎓 Required Skills & Qualifications
● Graduate or Postgraduate (Any Stream)
● Strong verbal and written communication skills
● Good interpersonal and listening skills
● Comfortable speaking with new people over calls
● Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
● Self-motivated and result-oriented attitude
