Role Description
This Freelance/Internship role as an Outbound Calling Executive is a hybrid opportunity based in Bengaluru, with flexibility for some work-from-home tasks. The role involves calling prospective clients, introducing them to Elowen's IT solutions, identifying their needs, and providing necessary details to foster collaboration. The selected candidate will assist in maintaining detailed call reports, follow up with leads, and facilitate seamless communication between potential clients and internal teams.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport over the phone and via virtual meetings.
- Basic knowledge of business IT solutions, or a willingness to learn and adapt quickly to technical concepts.
- Proficiency in maintaining records, call logs, and following up on assigned tasks.
- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude, capable of working both independently and in a hybrid setup.
- Organizational and time management skills to track multiple leads and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing or telecalling role is a plus.
- Pursuing a degree or recent graduate in Business, Marketing, Communication, or related fields is desirable.
