Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role as an Outbound Calling Executive located in Indore. The position involves reaching out to potential clients and customers to introduce Kimirica's products, building and maintaining relationships, managing follow-ups, and addressing queries with professionalism. The role also includes maintaining records of customer interactions, working closely with internal teams, and contributing to achieving sales and customer engagement goals.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and customers over calls
- Proficiency in record-keeping, follow-ups, and customer engagement strategies
- Ability to meet targets and achieve goals in a sales-driven environment
- Professionalism and problem-solving skills for addressing customer inquiries and concerns
- Basic computer skills for maintaining and updating customer databases
- Prior experience in customer service, call centers, or sales is preferred
- Fluency in English and Hindi is highly desirable
