Role Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-centric Outbound Calling Executive to join our D2C team. The role involves engaging with customers through outbound calls to enhance customer experience, collect feedback, build relationships and ensure a seamless post-purchase journey.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to customers for order confirmations, feedback and post-purchase engagement.
Understand customer experience, satisfaction levels and product preferences.
Conduct NPS/CSAT and feedback calls to gather insights.
Address customer concerns and coordinate with internal teams for resolutions.
Build meaningful customer relationships and ensure a premium brand experience.
Maintain accurate customer interaction records in CRM systems.
Identify recurring concerns, buying patterns and customer preferences.
Share customer insights with marketing, product and D2C teams.
Achieve daily calling targets while maintaining quality conversations.
Ensure professional and empathetic communication at every touchpoint.
Skills & Requirements
0–3 years of experience in outbound calling, customer support, telesales or CRM.
Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
Strong listening and relationship-building skills.
Customer-first approach with a problem-solving mindset.
Comfortable using CRM tools, Excel and basic reporting.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced D2C environment.
Prior experience in beauty, skincare, wellness, retail or e-commerce brands is preferred.
