Role Overview


We're building the outbound engine for a fast-growing content creation agency and we need the person who owns the top of the funnel. 


  • Researching everyday and exploring new scaling opportunities

We are a performance-focused content creation agency, editing and strategizing organic content (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok) & performance marketing content (YouTube Ads, Meta Ads) to ship high-converting creative for growing creators, brands & Saas companies. We've edited millions of views of content & worked with multiple brands. We're building a lean, high-output, Proactive & Result Driven sales team and looking for someone who owns the top of the funnel.


What You'll Do Daily


  • Source 20–30 ICP-fit leads per day (Saas founders, heads of growth, brands, organic content creators actively hiring video editors or running paid creatives)
  • Execute 20-30 multi-touch outreach sequences per day across email, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms
  • Write personalized pitches, Linkedin reach-outs and conversation openers tailored to each prospect's context and pain points.
  • Draft 4–6 Looms video bullet scripts per week for the closer to record, designed to drive demo intent
  • Schedule and confirm demo calls; coordinating with the closing team.
  • Proactive and Can-Do approach in marketing meetings; Innovating new ideas to grow sales.
  • Maintain a clean, up-to-date CRM (HubSpot / Zoho); every contact must have an owner, stage, last touch, and clear next step logged


What Success Looks Like


Primary KPI:


> 4–6 Qualified Demo Leads per week


A Qualified Demo Lead is defined as: ICP fit ✓ + Budget awareness ✓ + Clear articulated need ✓ + Demo scheduled within 30 days ✓


Secondary KPIs: Reply rate | Demo show rate


You're the Right Fit If You


  • Have hands-on experience researching everyday, filtering potential leads for an agency, SaaS product, or B2B service
  • Can share 3 cold emails or DMs you've written and clearly explain the reasoning behind why they worked
  • Are a fast researcher who finds a real, specific angle per prospect, not generic copy-paste outreach
  • Are comfortable working independently in a remote, async-first environment
  • Know your way around HubSpot / Zoho, spreadsheets, and social outreach tools


Qualifications


  • Education: MBA / BBA / Bcom / B.sc / M.sc (Marketing, Engineering, Social Media, Content Creation or related fields preferred). Degree preferred, not required. We care about results.
  • Experience: 2+ years in outbound sales, BDR & appointment-setting for a B2B product or service
  • Nice to Have: Short-form content writing ability for punchy DMs and email copy.
