Position: Outbound Lead Generation Specialist (LinkedIn, Email & Upwork)
Location: Noida Sec 63
Experience: 1–3 years
Role Summary:
We are hiring an Outbound Lead Generation Specialist who will be responsible for generating B2B leads using. LinkedIn outreach ∙Cold email campaigns ∙Freelancer platforms (Upwork, Guru).
Key Responsibilities:
1.LinkedIn Outreach
∙Identify target prospects (HR, L&D, EdTech leaders)
∙Send connection requests and follow-ups
∙Start conversations and qualify interest
2.Cold Email Campaigns
∙Build prospect lists using tools (Apollo, LinkedIn, etc.)
∙Launch and manage email campaigns
∙Track replies and manage follow-ups
3.Platform-Based Lead Generation
∙Apply to relevant jobs on Upwork, Guru, Fiverr
∙Write customized proposals ∙Engage and qualify inbound responses
4.Lead Management (CRM)
∙Maintain lead data in CRM (HubSpot)
∙Track status (contacted, replied, interested)
∙Book meetings for sales team
Required Skills & Experience
.Strong written English (very important)
.Experience with LinkedIn outreach or cold emailing
.Comfortable using tools (or quick learner)
.Research skills (finding decision-makers)
.Self-driven and target-oriented
.Experience with Apollo / Instantly / HubSpot Experience on Upwork or similar platforms
.B2B services exposure
