Senior Business Intelligence Analyst

Oura is looking for a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to join our growing data team. As a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining our data infrastructure, reporting, and analytics capabilities to help drive data-informed decision making across the organization. Your main responsibilities will include: - Leveraging data from various systems to build and maintain self-service BI dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights to stakeholders across the business. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand their data and reporting needs, and then translating those needs into robust, scalable BI solutions. - Developing and deploying automated data pipelines to ingest, transform, and load data from disparate sources. - Optimizing database schemas and queries to ensure reliable, high-performing data models. - Providing ad-hoc analysis and reporting to support strategic initiatives and ad-hoc requests. - Proactively identifying opportunities to improve data quality, automation, and self-service capabilities. - Sharing your expertise and knowledge with the broader data team to continuously improve our data and analytics practices.
