We truly want you to come to work as your whole self. As a flexible-first organization, this role requires the Senior Software Engineer to be onsite at the office three days a week. What you'd be doing in this role: As a Senior Software Engineer, you'll design and implement critical features of our SaaS platform, driving technical excellence and solving complex challenges. You'll also mentor the team, advocating for best practices. The impact you'll make: Architect and develop major features, ensuring quality and scalability. Provide guidance during technical decision-making processes. Mentor junior and mid-level engineers to elevate team capability. Analyze performance bottlenecks and improve system efficiency. Contribute to long-term product and technical strategies.
