What You Bring as a Team Member
All team members plan, direct, and participate in age-appropriate activities designed to promote the intellectual, physical, emotional, and social development of children. Responsibilities include:
- Preparing children for kindergarten by easing them into organized education from infancy to school age using our play-based curriculum.
- Assisting in daily care routines, including feeding, changing, and nap time.
- Maintaining open and interactive communication with parents and team members through our Classroom Management system.
- Supporting Lead Teachers in classroom management and fulfilling requests from the Assistant Director or Director.

Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older (some states allow 16 years old)
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous childcare experience and knowledge of licensing requirements is preferred but not required
Pay
$15.00–$16.00 per hour, based on region, education, and experience
