What you bring as a Team Member:
As an Assistant Teacher, your primary role is to support the Lead Teacher in planning, directing, and actively participating in age-appropriate activities that promote the intellectual, physical, emotional, and social development of the children. You will help prepare children for kindergarten by supporting their transition into organized education—from infancy to school age—using the provided curriculum. Additionally, you will provide hands-on assistance with daily care routines such as mealtime, potty training, diaper changing, and nap time. Maintaining interactive and open communication with parents and fellow team members using our designated Classroom Management system is also an essential part of your day. Finally, you will support overall classroom operations to maintain a safe, positive learning environment and assist the Lead Teacher, Assistant Director, and Director with general facility tasks as directed.

Requirements:
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Must have high school diploma or GED
- College Course Work in ECE; Certificate in ECE; TCC; CDA
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience
Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 Based on Region, education and experience
