Cascade media is looking to engage an experienced “OTT Syndication Consultant” who can lead the outreach, positioning, and deal facilitation for our upcoming film and web series slate across major platforms such as Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, JioHotstar, ZEE5 and other relevant digital platforms.
Scope of Work:
- Evaluate and position our content slate for OTT acquisition, co-production, or licensing opportunities
- Develop and execute a targeted pitching strategy aligned with each platform’s content mandate
- Facilitate introductions and meetings with key decision-makers (content acquisition, originals, partnerships)
- Guide the preparation of pitch decks, show bibles, budgets, and marketing narratives
- Advise on packaging (talent attachment, genre positioning, language strategy, etc.)
- Lead negotiations support for deal structuring, including licensing, revenue share, and exclusivity terms
- Track market trends, platform preferences, and audience demand to refine pitching approach
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven experience in OTT syndication, content acquisition, or distribution (films/web series)
- Established network with OTT platforms and content heads
- Strong understanding of Indian and international OTT ecosystems
- Experience in closing or facilitating OTT deals is highly desirable
- Ability to align creative, commercial, and platform-specific requirements
