We’re excited to have you join the team! At OTO, we deliver exception hospitality and high-quality hotels with a passion for people, service, and results. We’re looking forward to getting to know you and working together.
We want to make this transition as easy as possible for you. Just follow the steps below, and we’ll be here to help along the way.
Step 1: Complete Your Application
Kick things off by completing the short application, it should only take a few minutes.
- Please use your personal email address (not a work email) so you can easily access your information throughout the process
Step 2: Review & Accept Your Offer Letter
Within the next few days, you will receive an email from no-reply@talentreef.com with your offer letter.
Take a quick look to:
- Confirm your job title and pay
- Make sure everything looks right
If anything seems off, no worries at all, we’ll be on site and happy to go over it with you during onboarding.
Step 3: Complete Your Background Check
Around the same time, you’ll get an email from DISA Global Solutions with the subject line:
“Information Needed for Background Screening Report”
- Click the link in the email and complete the required forms
- Tip: Your PIN is listed right below the link in the email
Step 4: Complete Your Onboarding
After you accept your offer letter, you’ll receive another email from no-reply@talentreef.com titled:
“Welcome to the team, [Your Name]”
This email will guide you through your onboarding, including:
- Direct deposit
- Employee handbook
- I-9 and other required forms
Note: This email may take a few days to arrive after you accept your offer. That’s completely normal—no need to worry if you don’t see it right away.
Once you’ve completed everything, you’re all set for now! We’re excited to meet you and officially welcome you to OTO Development.
