Job Title: Sr. Oracle OTM Techno-Functional Engineer

Job Location: Nagpur / Noida/ Hyderabad

Experience Level: Senior Level – 7-15 years of experience in Oracle Transportation Management (OTM)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Sr. Oracle OTM Techno-Functional Engineer with strong technical and functional expertise in Oracle Transportation Management (OTM). The candidate will be responsible for designing, configuring, integrating, and optimizing OTM systems, while providing technical solutions to complex logistics and transportation challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and configure advanced workflow agents in OTM

• Develop and maintain data models and XML schemas

• Lead integration design and development between OTM and other systems

• Perform performance tuning, scalability configuration, and troubleshooting

• Write and optimize Oracle PL/SQL code

• Provide a detailed understanding of OTM configuration and architecture

• Gather business requirements and implement efficient functional processes

• Collaborate effectively within teams and with stakeholders, resolving conflicts professionally

• Maintain customer-focused delivery aligned with business objectives

Must-Have Skills / Qualifications:

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Transportation Management (OTM)

• Strong experience in workflow agent design, data modeling, XML schema, and integrations

• Expertise in Oracle PL/SQL and troubleshooting OTM systems

• Deep understanding of OTM configuration, architecture, and performance tuning

• Excellent problem-solving, verbal, and written communication skills

• Ability to work independently and in team environments

• Strong customer focus with process implementation experience

Good-to-Have Skills / Additional Expertise:

• Experience with Java development (J2EE, Spring, Coherence, Microservices)

• Experience with SOA architecture and programming principles (Schema design, XML/XSLT, JMS, JAXB2, OXM, Web Services)

• Experience with Agile software development methodology

• Prior experience in logistics and transportation

Education:

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
