Apprentice – OTC Operations (6 Months)
Location: Work from Office
Shift Timing: Night Shift – 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM / 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM
Role Purpose
We are looking for enthusiastic freshers to join our OTC (Order-to-Cash) Operations team as Apprentices for a 6-month program. This role is ideal for candidates who are eager to build a career in finance operations, customer coordination, and business processes while working in a fast-paced global environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the collections team in following up on payments and updating records.
- Assist in order validation, order processing, and maintaining accurate customer data.
- Help execute billing activities and ensure invoices are generated correctly.
- Respond to customer queries through email/calls and coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution.
- Prepare basic reports and maintain trackers using MS Excel.
- Learn and support OTC processes including billing, collections, and cancellations.
- Ensure adherence to company processes and documentation standards.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Good communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Willingness to work in night shifts and from office.
- Strong attention to detail and eagerness to learn.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Basic understanding of finance/accounting concepts is an added advantage.
- Exposure to ERP tools, Salesforce, or Zuora will be an added advantage.
Eligibility Criteria
- Freshers / recent graduates are welcome to apply.
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Candidates who are willing to commit to a 6-month apprenticeship program.
