Role Description
We are seeking experienced OTC Billing Professionals for a full-time on-site role based in Pune. The role involves handling end-to-end client billing processes, ensuring accurate and timely preparation and management of invoices. Additional responsibilities include addressing client queries, maintaining compliance with accounting standards, and streamlining billing operations to optimize efficiency. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain accurate records and support financial reporting goals.

🧾 Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented O2C Quality Analyst with strong experience in Order-to-Cash operations and quality auditing. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring transactions, identifying process gaps, and driving continuous improvements in O2C processes.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
Perform quality audits on O2C transactions (Billing, Cash Application, Collections)
Evaluate process adherence and ensure SLA/KPI compliance
Identify errors, highlight process gaps, and provide actionable feedback
Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and recommend corrective actions
Experience with ERP system SAP
Prepare and publish quality reports, dashboards, and scorecards
Work closely with operations teams to improve process efficiency
Participate in calibration sessions and internal audits
Ensure adherence to client guidelines and compliance standards
🔹 Required Skills:
Experience in End-to-end Order-to-Cash cycle
Hands-on exposure to Quality / Audit / Compliance roles
Knowledge of invoice lifecycle and vendor management
Experience in SAP or any ERP system
Strong analytical skills with good attention to detail
Proficiency in MS Excel
Good communication and stakeholder management
