🚀 We’re Hiring – OTC AR/CashApps (Level 1&2)
📍 Location: Mumbai (Remote)
🕒 Experience: 1–4 Years
🏢 Department: Finance Shared Services / Global Business Services (FSS/GBS)
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive professional to join our OTC/Accounts Receivable/CashApps team. If you have a strong understanding of accounting principles, excellent communication skills, and experience in AR within a BPO environment, this could be a great opportunity for you.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
• Apply and reconcile customer payments accurately in ERP systems
• Monitor customer accounts and resolve discrepancies
• Handle customer queries related to payments and account status
• Prepare AR aging reports and support month-end closing
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams on billing disputes
• Ensure adherence to SLAs and timelines
💡 What We’re Looking For
• Strong Excel and ERP knowledge (Oracle, QuickBooks, Sage, etc.)
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Process improvement mindset
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment

🎓 Qualifications
• Graduate in Commerce
