Job Description – OTA Revenue Associate (Hotel)

Job Summary
We are looking for an OTA Revenue Associate who will be responsible for managing hotel listings, pricing, inventory, and promotions across Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) such as Booking.com, MakeMyTrip, Goibibo, Expedia, Agoda, and Airbnb. The role focuses on maximizing online revenue, improving occupancy, and optimizing hotel visibility across OTA platforms.
Key Responsibilities
OTA Management
Manage hotel listings on OTAs like Booking.com, MakeMyTrip, Goibibo, Airbnb, Expedia, Agoda, etc.
Update room rates, inventory, and availability on all OTA platforms.
Ensure rate parity across all booking channels.
Upload new room types, photos, and hotel information on OTA platforms.
Revenue Management
Monitor competitor pricing and market trends.
Adjust room rates based on demand, occupancy, and seasonality.
Run promotions, discounts, and special offers on OTAs.
Optimize occupancy and RevPAR (Revenue Per Available Room).
Performance Monitoring
Monitor OTA dashboards daily.
Track bookings, cancellations, occupancy, ADR, and revenue.
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly OTA performance reports.
Ranking & Visibility Optimization
Improve hotel ranking on OTA platforms.
Manage guest reviews and ratings on OTA platforms.
Coordinate with marketing team for better visibility and promotions.
Coordination
Coordinate with reservations, front office, and sales team.
Ensure proper booking flow and inventory updates.

Required Skills
Knowledge of OTA extranets (Booking.com, MakeMyTrip, Goibibo, Expedia)

Understanding of hotel booking funnel
Good communication and coordination skills
Experience Required
2 – 5 years experience in OTA management / hotel reservations / revenue management
Experience working with hotel extranets is preferred
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management / Hospitality / Business / Marketing
Preferred Candidate
Experience in hotel OTA management
Knowledge of channel manager (e.g., eZee, RateGain, SiteMinder)
Experience in handling multiple properties is a plus
