About the Role
We’re looking for a sharp, detail-driven OTA & Reservation Manager who understands how to turn inquiries into confirmed bookings. This role sits at the intersection of guest experience and revenue, where every call, message, and email is an opportunity to convert interest into action.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle reservation leads across calls, emails, and WhatsApp with prompt and professional communication
- Drive conversions by effectively guiding potential guests through the booking journey
- Manage OTA platforms (pricing, availability, updates, and optimization)
- Build and maintain B2B partnerships (travel agents, corporates, affiliates) through remote coordination
- Track inquiries, follow-ups, and conversions to improve booking performance
- Ensure a smooth reservation experience aligned with brand standards
What We’re Looking For
- 2–5 years of experience in reservations, OTA management, or hotel sales
- Strong communication skills with a customer-first approach
- Proven ability to convert leads into bookings
- Familiarity with OTA platforms and reservation systems
- Organized, responsive, and detail-oriented
- Ability to manage multiple channels without missing a beat
