OasesHomes is looking for a dedicated Remote OTA Listing Executive to manage and optimize our property listings across multiple online travel and booking platforms. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be comfortable working independently, and possess good computer proficiency.
Key Responsibilities
* Create, manage, and update property listings across online travel platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com, Agoda, MakeMyTrip, and others.
* Ensure listing information, amenities, pricing, photos, and descriptions are accurate and up to date.
* Regularly optimize listings to improve search rankings, visibility, and booking conversions.
* Monitor and respond to guest messages and booking inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless updates across all platforms.
* Monitor listing performance and suggest improvements based on trends and platform insights.
* Maintain consistency and accuracy across all booking channels.
Requirements
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Good computer and internet proficiency.
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
* Prior experience with OTAs, hospitality, customer support, or e-commerce listings is preferred but not mandatory.
