Job OverviewWe are looking for a skilled Operation Theatre (OT) Technician to support surgical teams by preparing the OT, maintaining equipment, and ensuring a sterile environment for all procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and maintain the operation theatre for scheduled and emergency surgeries
- Ensure availability and proper sterilization of surgical instruments and equipment
- Assist surgeons, nurses, and anesthetists during procedures
- Maintain aseptic conditions and follow infection control protocols
- Handle sterilization processes and biomedical waste disposal as per guidelines
- Monitor OT equipment and report any malfunctions
- Maintain OT records, checklists, and inventory
Eligibility Criteria- Qualification: Diploma or Certification in OT Technology / Operation Theatre Technology
- Experience: 1–3 years in OT setup
