Job Title: OT Cybersecurity Consultant / Compliance Specialist - Solar Power Plants
Location: Remote + Site Visits
Experience Required: 5-7+ years

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform Vulnerability Assessment & Penetration Testing (VAPT) on applications, networks, and systems
• Conduct security assessments for SCADA, ICS, and IoT environments
• Identify vulnerabilities in OT infrastructure and connected devices
• Perform risk assessments and recommend remediation measures
• Analyze network traffic and detect anomalies in SCADA/IoT systems
• Support incident response and security investigations
• Prepare detailed VAPT and security assessment reports
• Ensure compliance with security standards and industry frameworks
• Collaborate with IT, network, and operations teams
Must-Have Skills & Experience:
- Strong hands-on experience in OT/ICS/SCADA Cybersecurity (Power/Energy sector preferred).
- Deep knowledge of CEA Cyber Security Regulations 2025, NCIIPC guidelines, IEC 62443, ISA/IEC 62443, NERC CIP (any).
- Experience with firewalls (Fortinet, Sophos), network segmentation, secure OT architecture.
- Prior work on solar/wind/ power generation SCADA systems is a big plus.
- Ability to prepare all mandatory documents (CSP, CCMP, CRAMP, Asset Register, etc.).
- ISA/IEC 62443 certifications preferred.
