OT Assistant (Ophthalmic)

• Managing OT, assisting doctors during surgery, Ordering Lenses, and hospital infection control, Patient Care, and Management
• Prepare the ophthalmic operation theater before surgeries, ensuring cleanliness and sterilization of instruments.
• Assist ophthalmic surgeons during various eye procedures such as cataract, glaucoma, and retinal surgeries.
• Handle and organize surgical instruments, sutures, and consumables efficiently.
• Maintain proper inventory of surgical supplies and report shortages to the OT in-charge.
• Ensure proper functioning of ophthalmic surgical equipment and assist with basic troubleshooting.
• Follow strict infection control and sterilization protocols in the OT.
• Support patient preparation, including positioning and monitoring vital signs under guidance.
