Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Occupational Therapy (OT) Assistant to join our team on-site in Hyderabad. This role involves supporting occupational therapists in assessing and treating patients, assisting with rehabilitation programs, and providing hands-on patient care. The OT Assistant will also contribute to developing and implementing therapy programs and may engage in home care services to extend support to patients in their living environments.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Occupational Therapy and Rehabilitation techniques
- Experience with Patient Care and a strong ability to assist with therapy sessions
- Skills in Program Development to support individualized therapy plans
- Ability to provide high-quality Home Care services as needed
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Certification or diploma as an Occupational Therapy Assistant
- Previous work experience in healthcare or rehabilitation is an advantage
- Ability to adapt to dynamic work environments with a compassionate and patient-focused approach
