About the role
This is not your typical entry-level QA job. Yes, you'll test software—but you'll also dive into AI-powered tools, help troubleshoot customer issues, learn how complex systems behave in the real world, and grow your technical skills every day. You'll be surrounded by experienced engineers who want to help you succeed—and push you to do your best work.
We see QA as the launchpad for a technical career, not a cul-de-sac. Whether your long-term interest lies in automation, systems engineering, or full-stack development, we'll support your growth.
What You'll Do:
Design and run manual and automated tests to ensure our SaaS platform is reliable, secure, and performs as expected.
Track and document bugs clearly, then collaborate with engineers to get them fixed.
Work closely with our product and implementation teams to validate new features and support customer onboarding.
Experiment with new testing tools—including AI-based approaches—to improve efficiency and coverage.
Own parts of our regression suite and contribute to making our CI/CD pipeline smarter and faster.
Propose improvements to the way we test, build, and ship, and help you explore.
