The Country Marketing Manager oversees all marketing activities in the assigned region (Czech Republic and Bulgaria), including product launches, campaigns, events, promotions, market research, and performance analysis. They will work closely with the national marketing team to ensure regional goals and initiatives align with the overall brand vision and objectives. Additionally, the Country Marketing Manager will collaborate with the Country Sales Manager and other key stakeholders to understand local market needs and customer preferences, providing tailored marketing support and resources accordingly.

Responsibilities:
- Identifying specific regional marketing goals and objectives.
- Assisting the Marketing Export Manager / Director to develop creative strategies.
- Recommending strategies to implement in regional marketing plans.
- Analyzing local competition and strengthening the company’s brand position in assigned regional areas.
- Supervising and developing the regional marketing budget.
- Liaising with the product marketing department to suggest product alternatives.
- Understanding national marketing plans and tailoring them to suit particular region.
- Developing a clear understanding of the financial goals in a region and the key success indicators.
- Interacting with marketing leads to formulate and supervise the regional marketing budget.
- Evaluating productivity and marketing strategies’ return on investment (ROI).
Requirements And Skills:
- Masters degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years experience in marketing or sales roles.
- Good knowledge of the regional market trends, regulations, cultures, and languages, and be able to adapt to changing customer behaviors and expectations.
- Knowledge of digital marketing best practices.
