<div> We are seeking a highly organized, professional, and dependable Administrative Assistant / Secretary to provide clerical and administrative support in a medical office environment. The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage a high volume of administrative tasks efficiently. Medical experience is not required.<br><br><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong>

<li> Answer and manage a high volume of incoming phone calls with professionalism, courtesy, and proper business etiquette </li>
<li> Handle a large volume of incoming and outgoing emails in a timely, organized, and professional manner </li>
<li> Draft, proofread, and respond to professional email correspondence with strong written communication skills </li>
<li> Schedule appointments, meetings, and calendar events efficiently </li>
<li> Maintain organized filing systems, both electronic and physical </li>
<li> Perform accurate data entry and recordkeeping </li>
<li> Prepare letters, reports, spreadsheets, and office documents </li>
<li> Scan, copy, file, and manage general clerical tasks </li>
<li> Coordinate with internal staff regarding scheduling, follow-ups, and administrative matters </li>
<li> Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times </li>
<li> Perform additional administrative duties as needed in support of office operations </li>
</ul><div><strong>Required Qualifications:</strong></div><ul>
<li> Prior administrative, clerical, receptionist, or office support experience required </li>
<li><strong>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams) </strong></li>
<li><strong>Strong written communication skills with the ability to draft professional emails independently are </strong></li>
<li><strong>Ability to handle a large volume of email correspondence and incoming phone calls </strong></li>
<li> Excellent telephone communication skills with a professional, courteous, and polished demeanor </li>
<li> Strong customer service skills and professional office etiquette </li>
<li> Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail </li>
<li> Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently</li>
<li> Strong computer literacy and ability to quickly learn office software systems </li>
<li> Reliable, punctual, and able to work both independently and as part of a team </li>
