Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Orthodontist role based in Chennai. The Orthodontist will be responsible for diagnosing and treating dental irregularities, providing orthodontic care, and ensuring the best possible outcomes for patients. Day-to-day tasks include consulting with patients, creating treatment plans, fitting dental appliances, and monitoring patient progress to achieve desired dental alignment and aesthetic results. Collaboration with the pediatric dental team will be an essential part of the role, ensuring comprehensive care for young patients.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Orthodontics with experience in diagnosing and addressing dental irregularities
- Strong foundation in Medicine and Dentistry, and expertise in delivering specialized orthodontic care
- Comprehensive knowledge of Dental Care and treatment practices for children
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with children, parents, and the dental team
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or equivalent, with a specialization in Orthodontics
- State licensure to practice Dentistry or Orthodontics
- Demonstrated commitment to patient safety and quality standards
- Experience working with pediatric patients is highly valued
