A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a four year degree preferred. A minimum of five (5) years Administrative Support experience is required; prior experience in the financial services field highly preferred. Proficient reading, writing, grammar and mathematics skills; proficient interpersonal relationship skills; extensive typing ability; strong organizational skills; superior oral communication skills; demonstrated personal computer skills with the ability to operate Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook programs; ability to work in a fast paced and sometimes stressful environment; willing and qualified to serve as a notary public. |
