Designation – ORM - Intern
Location – 1st Floor, Tower-A, UNITECH CYBER PARK, Durga Colony, Sector 39, Gurugram, Haryana 122003
Days of working – 5 (Sat& Sun fixed off)
Key Responsibilities
● Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
● Writing reviews or Q/A for multiple brands on platforms such as Quora and ‘Google reviews.
● Keep track of brand sentiments with the help of tools
● Maintaining track of responses/queries and brand engagement
● Communicating with the client's team and framing new responses/templates for multiple brands
● Making monthly or need-based ORM reports
Skill Sets/Experience We Require
● Fresher / beginner
● Proficient in written English/Content writing
● Excel and PowerPoint
● Good knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social media best practices
● Good time-management skills
● Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
