We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented ORM Specialist to manage and enhance our brand’s online reputation in the B2B space. The ideal candidate should have experience handling brand perception across digital platforms, managing client reviews, and executing reputation strategies that support lead generation and trust-building.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor brand mentions, reviews, and conversations across platforms (Google, Clutch, Glassdoor, LinkedIn, forums, etc.)
• Develop and execute ORM strategies to improve brand sentiment and visibility
• Respond to client reviews, feedback, and queries in a professional and timely manner
• Handle negative publicity, complaints, and crisis situations effectively
• Coordinate with SEO, content, and social media teams to push positive content
• Manage and improve company profiles on B2B platforms (Clutch, GoodFirms, G2, etc.)
• Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align ORM with lead generation goals

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in Online Reputation Management (ORM)
• Strong understanding of review platforms and listing sites
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to handle crisis situations and sensitive communications
• Knowledge of SEO and content marketing fundamentals
• Familiarity with tools like Google Alerts, Brand24, SEMrush, etc.
• Analytical mindset with reporting capabilities
• Experience in IT/SEO/Digital Marketing industry is a plus
