Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an ORM Executive specializing in Social Media Handling. The position is based in Bengaluru. The ORM Executive will monitor and manage the company’s online presence across various social media platforms, engage with users to address feedback effectively, implement social media strategies to boost brand visibility, and create reports based on social media insights and performance. Proactive communication with users and handling any reputation-related concerns to maintain a positive brand image will also be key responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and writing skills for effective engagement and problem resolution.
- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) for brand building.
- Experience in Media Planning to develop and execute strategies across social channels.
- Background in developing and implementing engaging social media campaigns.
- Ability to analyze social media trends and provide actionable insights.
- Basic understanding of analytics tools for performance tracking.
- Proactive attitude, collaborative mindset, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Graduation in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
