Role overview: We’re looking for a sharp, responsive, and detail-oriented ORM Executive to manage customer interactions across our social platforms. This is a part-time, permanent work-from-home role with fixed shift timings and weekend hygiene checks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Query Handling: Respond promptly and professionally to customer queries, complaints, and feedback across all assigned social media platforms using Locobuzz ORM software. All queries must be acknowledged within a 15-minute internal TAT.
- Escalation Management: Identify and escalate technical or sensitive issues to the internal customer care team within defined turnaround times.
- Ticket Management: Monitor ticket flow (open, pending, awaiting, hold) and ensure accurate tagging and timely resolution in line with internal SOPs.
- Hygiene Checks: Conduct daily and Sunday hygiene checks to ensure no query or comment goes unnoticed or unresolved.
- Brand Voice: Maintain a consistent and professional tone in all customer interactions, aligning with the brand’s communication guidelines.
- Reporting: Flag recurring issues or customer pain points and contribute to improving client satisfaction through actionable insights.
Qualifications:
- Strong written communication skills in English
- Comfortable using ORM tools like Locobuzz (training will be provided)
- Highly responsive and proactive, with attention to detail
- Ability to handle pressure and multitask efficiently
