Role Description
The ORM (Online Reputation Management) Executive is responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and managing the online presence and reputation of clients. Day-to-day tasks include tracking online mentions, managing social media interactions, mitigating potential crises, and providing strategic recommendations to enhance the digital image of clients. The role requires collaboration with internal teams to align messaging, ensure timely responses, and execute plans to address public relations challenges proactively. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Hyderabad.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Online Reputation Management, Social Media Monitoring, Crisis Management
- Analytical skills for Data Analysis, Social Listening, and Reporting
- Proficiency in crafting Responses, Managing Escalations, and Communication Strategies
- Familiarity with Social Media Platforms, Digital Trends, and ORM Tools
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in digital marketing, PR, or a related field is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field
