Bridge Shift Supervisor

SUMMARY: Origlio Beverage is a leading wholesale distributor of fine beer, cider, hard seltzer, and other progressive adult beverages. We are a 4th generation family-owned and operated business, founded in 1933, serving the 9 counties of Southeastern Pennsylvania.  We pride ourselves on delivering the taste of excellence.

Hours are Sunday-Thursday 2 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

•  Thrive in a fast-paced environment with ample room for personal and professional growth.
•  Utilize strong leadership skills to ensure the safe and timely loading of company vehicles for delivery.
•  Manage a variety of personnel, process, and system tasks with an eye for continuous process improvement.
•  Maintain safety protocols and procedures – vigilance on the floor.
•  Interact with team on the floor -Monitor employee productivity and accuracy to ensure efficiency.
•  Foster positive work environment and attitude of team.
•  Drive continuous improvement in areas of safety and productivity. 
•  Coaching and training development of personnel.
•  Performs all other job-related duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

•  Required: 2-year degree and or 5+ years of warehouse supervisor experience
•  Superior communication and organization skills
